Due to controversy over the design with Apple Samsung has made changes in the design to avoid any further infringement. Apple had alleged that the design is similar to its product and used an industrial design right infingement in the German Courts. The Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 hence got banned in Germany and now Samsung has introduced a new Design especially for the German Consumers.
