Micromax has entered the PC Tablet world and is aiming a new PC revolution, launches new Tablet PC in India
Micromax Tablet PC launched by Micromax is aimed at providing education and entertainment read (edutainment) to the Indian customers especially youth and students. Micromax Informatics Limited has launched 'Funbook', first of its kind edutainment device for the Indian market.

The unique highlighting point of the Funbook by Micromax is that it has tied up with Pearson Education and Everonn to provide unique and relevant content for the students on the device.
Funbook has also partenered with BigFlix, Zenga and Indiagames to provide entertainment and gaming pleasure.
According to Micromax CEO Deepak Mehrotra this Funbook will be available at 100,000 retail outlets across 50 cities.

Micromax Funbook manufacturing capacity is one lakh units per month.
Micromax Funbook is also the device is bundled with Tata Photon plus, with additional 1GB data offer for first two months.
Other unique features of Micromax Funbook is that it is already pre-loaded e-learning app that will have host of educational content from Pearson, Everon, GK Publishers, Scholarshub, Vidyalankar, Universal Tutorials, CAPS and Zion.
